To use Vevolve, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a legal resident of India
- Have a valid bank account for payments
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Not share your login credentials with anyone
- Keep your account information up to date
- Use the platform for legitimate purposes only
4. Membership Fee
A one-time membership fee of ₹249 is required to join Vevolve. This fee is non-refundable unless you withdraw within 7 days of joining, subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Commission Structure
Commissions are calculated based on your referrals and network performance. Vevolve reserves the right to modify the commission structure with 30 days written notice. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on individual network growth.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
- Harass or abuse other members
- Violate any local, state, or national laws
- Attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access
- Spam or send unsolicited communications
- Use automated tools or bots to manipulate the system
- Share false or misleading information about earnings
7. Account Termination
Vevolve reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities. Termination may result in:
- Immediate suspension of account access
- Forfeiture of pending commissions
- Legal action for damages
8. Limitation of Liability
Vevolve is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Your sole remedy is to cease using the service.
9. Disclaimer
Earnings and income opportunities are not guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Vevolve does not make any promises regarding income or earnings potential.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
